We offer several different service schedules to fit your lifestyle and the number and type of pets in your home. No contracts are ever needed for our waste clean-up services. You can start and stop service anytime.

Our bi-weekly visits (twice a week) keep your yard and home in tip-top shape. This service is perfect for families with several pets and for folks who like their home ready for guests at any time. It also works well for realtors and rental agents with homes on the market. If you need your home even more presentable, ask about more frequent service calls... 3, 4, even 5 times a week!

Weekly service visits maintain your dog's yard or kitty's litter box. The "poop" never builds up and turns your yard into an unsightly mine field or announces to visitors that you have a cat when they come to the door. This service can also be used to keep parrot cages and bird aviaries cleaned and sanitized.

Our semi-monthly visits (twice a month) are great for small dog owners and those with schedules too hectic for the chore. Folks with rodents or reptiles and fish enthusiasts also use this service to help with cleaning up after their exotic pets.

Our One-Time visits are a great way to present a well turned out yard, ready for entertainment. We come to your home or business just once and help prepare for an event, party, open house or out-of-town guests.

For dog owners, regular poop scooping allows the backyard to be reclaimed for family activities. It also eliminates the potential spread of disease and environmental pollution.

Service visits are regularly scheduled. We scoop and bag the waste, which is then deposited in your outdoor trash or hauled away. Particularly smelly areas of your yard can be deodorized at no extra charge.

During each visit, we check your dog's water, provide some petting and affection, and give owner-approved treats.

Dogs that do not allow strangers into the yard should be contained on the day of our visit.

Unless an Emergency visit is arranged, we do not work on holidays or in the rain. Previously scheduled visits will be done on the next business day.

Cat owners never have to scoop and sweep around their cat's litter box ever again.

Unless otherwise requested, we supply litter box liners and scoopable litter, using multi-cat formulas for homes with more than one cat. The waste is bagged and put in your outdoor trash or hauled away.

We offer a couple different service options for cat owners.
If someone is home on the day of our visit or the litter box is accessible, we can scoop the poop and clean the area around the box.

Otherwise, we supply a back-up litter box that's switched with the dirty one on the day of our visit. The dirty box is then set outside for us to clean.

To provide a sanitary service and avoid contamination of your home and yard, we disinfect all tools and shoes between client visits.

VirkonS® is a powerful, multi-purpose disinfectant. The solution is used in many areas, including hospitals, laboratories, nursing homes, funeral homes, medical, dental and veterinary facilities, and anywhere else where control of pathogens is required.

It has a remarkable spectrum of activity against viruses, fungi, spores and bacteria. It is effective against SARS, Avian influenza and Canine Parvovirus, to name just a few.

It's also fast-acting - a 1% solution of Virkon® S has been independently proven to kill bacteria with contact times as low as five minutes and the tough to kill parvovirus in ten minutes or less.

While payment can always be made at the time of service, Pet Care and Clean-up offers convenient monthly billing. Invoices are mailed on the 15th of every month for the next month's service.

Payment must be received by the 1st of the month. If not received by the 3rd, we charge a $10.00 late fee. On the 7th of the month, service is suspended until payment is received.

When service is restarted, a One-Time Clean-up fee may be charged if cleaning takes longer than 1/2 hour.
